To schedule a GP Consultation, select a suitable appointment slot from the available options in the calendar.

During the consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your medical concerns with the online doctor. This typically involves describing your symptoms, medical history, and any relevant information.
Based on the information gathered during the consultation, the doctor will provide guidance and discuss potential treatment options, medication prescriptions if necessary, and advise on any necessary follow-up care. The goal of the consultation is to address your health concerns and provide you with personalised medical advice.

Certainly, the online GP can organise various tests tailored to your requirements, such as blood or urine tests. If a specialist referral is deemed necessary, you’ll receive a referral letter via email.

Absolutely. If the online GP determines that a prescription is necessary for your condition.
Our GMC Registered Doctors review each patient to understand if you are suitable for treatment before issuing a prescription. Once this is done your prescription is sent to your nominated Pharmacy.

We provide secure online payment options through our platform. You’ll be prompted to make payment when you book your preferred appointment date and time.

During your consultation, you’ll be asked if you’d like the details, including any prescriptions, test results, etc., to be forwarded to your GP surgery. While your consent for this is not mandatory, it’s considered best practice to share this information so that your surgery is informed about any medical conditions or treatments you’ve received.
